Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
- Free shipping threshold: Orders totaling $500 or more qualify for free standard ground shipping.
- Eligibility: Free shipping applies to U.S. deliverable addresses within the contiguous 48 states (US48).
- Exclusions: Free shipping does not apply to LTL shipments, oversized items, or expedited services. Oversized or heavy items may incur additional shipping fees regardless of order total.

Delivery & Processing Times
- Most in-stock items typically ship within two business days of order placement. This is a target, not a guarantee — actual processing time can vary with order volume, stock verification, payment review, and carrier pickup schedules.
- Need it fast? If you have a deadline or require expedited handling, contact us before placing your order so we can confirm timing and recommend the right shipping option.
- Built-to-order items: Estimated lead times are listed on the individual product pages and are subject to change based on supply and production conditions.
- Out-of-stock items: If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we'll notify you by email with options to wait, substitute, or cancel.
- No guaranteed dates: We cannot guarantee shipment or delivery by a specific date unless arranged in advance. Transit times, weather, and carrier conditions can affect arrival.

International Orders

Damaged Shipments
- Inspect on arrival. Check your shipment as soon as it's delivered and before scheduling any installation or labor — we are not responsible for labor costs or project delays caused by damaged goods.
- Report within 48 hours. Notify Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery to begin a damage claim. Reports made after 48 hours may not be eligible.
- Save the packaging. Keep the damaged item, the original carton, and all packing materials intact — they're required to file a claim with the carrier.
- Claim processing. Once reported, BigGreenParts.com will file a claim with the shipping carrier, which typically takes 8–10 business days to resolve.
- Replacements. In most cases, a no-cost replacement can be issued once the damaged item is picked up by the carrier. Final outcome depends on the carrier's claim decision, and charges may apply in some cases.
LTL & Freight Shipments
Oversized, heavy, or palletized orders ship via LTL (less-than-truckload) freight. LTL rates depend on weight, dimensions, and — importantly — the type of delivery location. Misclassifying the destination is the most common cause of unexpected charges.
Commercial vs. Non-Commercial Locations
Standard commercial rates apply to businesses open during normal hours with a loading dock or forklift on site. Anything else is classified as non-commercial and incurs additional fees. Common non-commercial categories include:
