How to Initiate a Refund
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To begin, log in at BigGreenParts.com and request an RMA, or email our support team. Once we receive your returned items, refunds are typically issued within two business days.
Restocking Fees
A 15% restocking fee may apply, depending on item condition. If a fee is necessary, one of our team will reach out to you directly.
Custom-Made Products
Custom orders are final sale. In exceptional cases we may accept returns with up to a 50% restocking fee. Customers cover all shipping costs.
Windshields
Windshields must be unused with protective film intact. Returns without film require special approval and incur up to a 50% restocking fee.
Incorrect Application / Mistakes
We’re not responsible for orders placed in error online. Returns for user mistakes are at your expense. If we mis-ship or have incorrect fitment data, we’ll cover return costs and issue a full refund.
Card Processing & Cancellations
If your order hasn’t shipped, a 5% cancellation fee applies. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Shipping charges and delays are non-refundable.
Refund Timing & Method
Refunds post back to your original payment method within two billing cycles. For multi-payment orders, credits apply in sequence. If electronic refund fails, we’ll mail you a check.

- Product cost & taxes only; shipping is non-refundable unless we shipped incorrectly or items arrived damaged.
- A 5% card-processing fee covers transaction costs and is deducted from refunds.
All returns and cancellations require our approval. Please confirm fitment before ordering. Allow up to 10 business days for processing from receipt of your return.
