At, we strive to ensure our customers' satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund policy under most circumstances within the first 30 days of your order. After 30 days, your order is no longer eligible for a refund, but Manufacturer Warranty Replacement may still be available if applicable.

How to Initiate a Refund

To initiate a refund, please log in to your account and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or submit a ticket/email to request that we create one for you. Refunds are typically processed within two business days after we receive the returned order.

Restocking Fees

Please be aware that a restocking fee of 15% may be applied to your return/refund based on the condition of the returned item or its classification. If your return warrants a restocking fee, a representative from will contact you.

Custom-Made Products

Custom-made products are considered final sale. However, under special circumstances, may consider returns based on the specifics of the order. In such cases, a restocking fee of up to 50% may be applied, and the customer will be responsible for both the initial shipping costs and the return shipping costs to


Our standard return policy applies to windshields, with the exception that the windshields must be either unused or the protective film must still be intact. A windshield with the protective film/covering removed cannot be returned without express consent from Farm and Trail. In such cases, a restocking fee of up to 50% may be assessed.

Incorrect Application / Ordered by Mistake is not responsible for orders placed directly through our website that are either placed by mistake or incorrectly per the stated application or fitment. We understand that mistakes can occur and are happy to accept a return, but all returns that fall under this category will be at the buyer's expense. Orders placed correctly with a sales representative that result in receiving the wrong product or a product that does not fit as advertised are subject to review and may qualify for a full refund if the information listed on our website is outdated, incorrect, or proven to be ordered and/or fulfilled incorrectly by a Farm and Trail employee. does not work with affiliates or third-party resellers and is not responsible for orders placed through any such individuals or agencies; any such referrals are made at the buyer's own risk. We recommend confirming fitment prior to placing an order.

Card Processing Fee / Order Cancellation

If you have purchased the item and it has not shipped, there will be a 5% credit card cancellation fee. Customers are responsible for shipping the package or pallet back to us. We do not refund shipping in any case.  We are not responsible for any delays in shipping and will not refund the shipping price regardless of how long it takes. We will not be responsible for shipping issues once they are handed off to the shipping company. In the event of a lost pallet or package, the customer will still be responsible for paying the 5% cancellation fee.

Timing and Method of Refund

The timing of your refund depends on your bank's processing time. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If you purchased your order with multiple payment methods, the refund is first applied to the credit card or PayPal account up to the original amount charged. If we are unable to process your refund electronically, a paper check will be mailed to you.

General Refund Information

Unless otherwise specified, the refund amount includes only the cost of the product(s) and applicable taxes. Shipping charges are not refundable unless you received the wrong order or products were damaged in transit. A 5% card processing fee will be deducted from the total cost of your order and is not refundable and is to cover the fees incurred for both processing and refunding your payment. retains the exclusive and sole right as to whether an item may be returned, exchanged, or order cancelled. We encourage customers to exercise caution when placing an order, as once placed, the order cannot be cancelled, nor the item returned or exchanged unless expressly consents.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed. We make every effort to process your return as soon as possible, but due to the volume of orders we process each day, we cannot guarantee immediate processing. Your return must be checked in, verified, and inspected. We appreciate your patience while we ensure your return is handled properly. Your refund is not issued until we have received and inspected your return.
